After attaining his Ordinary level certificate of education in Uganda, Bithibanji Adidas’s parents failed to raise more fees to let him continue with his education. With the love to work for his rural community to create positive change, he started working with a village group which he linked to Belgium Technical Cooperation (BTC) for a project on environmental conservation/woodlot-tree planting. He worked as a volunteer with one organization (RRHS) which had identified the need for piped gravity water where he was after 4 years of experience promoted to be a field officer in the some organization to coordinate a Community Led Total Sanitation project in 7 Sub Counties of Kasese District with funding from SNV. He continued to work with Good African Coffee Company as a farmers organic trainer, worked with Uganda Metrology Department to collect and disseminate whether related Data to rural farmers, worked with Grameen Foundation Uganda as a Community Knowledge Worker (CKW) where he was promoted to supervise a cluster of 25 other CKWs in 8 Sub Counties after attaining a range of Super CKW and also worked with Red Cross Uganda among others. He then joined ideas with other innovative community stakeholder to start Community Hope Development Foundation. Adidas realized that his level of education was low and went back for further studies; he is now a professional social worker who completed from Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development-Mpiji, working as head of staff/Director-CHDF
